Justin Loiseau recieved a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship to attend Auckland University in the fall of 2012 to pursue a Masters in Economics. A Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship awards the student with $25,000 for one academic year that can be used for studies or investigative work.
