E3P and Food Studies cosponsored event on Norwegian cooking hosted by Elisabeth and Victoria Bergquist

E3P and Food Studies co-sponsored an event, “La oss lage mat!”, on Norwegian cooking on April 13th.

Elisabeth and Victoria Bergquist, a cooking duo from Fredrikstad Norway, walked attendants through how to make the original and vegetarian versions of “Kjøttkaker,” traditional Norwegian meatballs. The event was part of Europe Week 2021 at the UNC Center for European Studies
