Stephanie Tolar will use Hogan Scholarship to do marine science research in Italy. She will be working on a project with an Italian team in three locations- Venice, Southern Italy (Puglia region) and an island in the Adriatic. A Hogan Scholarship allows students to experience summer internships after proposing their itinerary and budget to a committee.
